Region guide
Moravia, listed
A short clinical map of the zones that appear in this catalogue. No itinerary theatre — corridors, distances, and why each belt shows up in the index.
Brno grid
Brno anchors most city entries: palace hotels on tight squares, mid-century towers on Husova, functionalist blocks near exhibition grounds, and the Augustinian complex at Old Brno. Distances between listed hotels are short. Trams and walkable cores matter more than resort transfer times.
Use Brno as a weekday base for museums, theatres, and day trips to Slavkov and the wine belt. Evening plans stay urban — restaurants and quiet rooms — unless you intentionally travel toward licensed border or Mikulov-corridor entertainment floors listed elsewhere in the index.
Pálava & Mikulov
Limestone ridges, cellar streets, and small hotels under the castle. Galant and Galerie sit in different temperaments of the same town: spa-conference edge versus centre scale. Wine is the default evening language.
Lednice–Valtice
UNESCO park landscape with château stays and Hubertus-facing lodging. Days are long walks and cellar visits. Nights are quiet. No casino tag belongs on these lines.
Slavkov u Brna
Battlefield town east of Brno. Hotel Austerlitz-class lodging serves visitors who want the château and monuments without sleeping in the city grid every night.
Folmava / Česká Kubice
Bavarian border belt. Hotel wings attached to licensed casino resorts exist here as lodging stock. Catalogue language: rooms and dining first; evening floor as one adult entertainment option on site.
How to read the tags
- Resort evening Licensed floor inside or attached to the hotel-resort complex.
- Evening-adjacent Same leisure corridor; evening option nearby — not operated by the hotel entry.
